After taking a looooong break from posting, and after finally achieving a pullup (!!!), I've returned with renewed enthusiasm for logging my workouts!
Without further ado...
TODAY:
1 mile run
Then, 5 rounds of:
10 dumbbell deadlifts
10 squat cleans
10 push presses
(Forgot to stop watch, no time recorded)
No run today- right 1st metatarsal still irritated
